Silicon nitride ceramic sleeves are high-performance structural ceramics composed of Si₃N₄ crystals bonded by strong covalent bonds. Its molecular formula is Si₃N₄, and its crystal structure belongs to the hexagonal crystal system, usually existing in two crystal phases: α and β. This material forms a three-dimensional network structure through [Si3N4] tetrahedra, giving it extremely high intrinsic strength and toughness.
