Product Introduction of Silicon Nitride Ceramic Sleeves

Silicon nitride ceramic sleeves are high-performance structural ceramics composed of Si₃N₄ crystals bonded by strong covalent bonds. Its molecular formula is Si₃N₄, and its crystal structure belongs to the hexagonal crystal system, usually existing in two crystal phases: α and β. This material forms a three-dimensional network structure through [Si3N4] tetrahedra, giving it extremely high intrinsic strength and toughness.


Main Features and Advantages

1. Mechanical Properties: Vickers hardness of over 1600 HV (HRA 90+), bending strength of 600-800 MPa, and compressive strength exceeding 1500 MPa.

2. High Temperature Resistance: Stable operation in air up to 1200℃, and up to 1400℃ under protective atmosphere.

3. Chemical Stability: Extremely strong resistance to acids, bases, and various corrosive media; almost no corrosion in sodium hydroxide solutions below 30%.

4. Thermal Properties: Thermal conductivity of 20-25 W/(m·K), and a thermal expansion coefficient of 3.2×10⁻⁶/℃.

5. Self-Lubricating Properties: Friction coefficient of 0.02-0.1, and wear rate is only 1/10 of traditional metal materials.
